Theres no way to break up with a girl an easy way but you have to be honest tell her exactly what you just said in your questions.
Also do not loose contact with her completely still be her friend, thats usually how i handle a break up we just become friends and let the relationship behind us.

there is no easy way to break up with anyone....and I am not going to lie the person who is getting broke up with usually doesn't like to be friends after-wards, but you need to go ahead before she becomes anymore attached to you. If you really care for her as a friend you let her know now.
