Its hard. I had to dump someone for the first time last year and I wasnt very good at it, we'd been together 3 years engaged and brought a house. I said whilst in tears I couldn't do it any more and I was going back to my parents house, and then he just stared at me and then burst into scary lots of tears.

Change your email address.
It shouldn't be that difficult just to send her an email that lets her down easy. Just let her know that it's not working out for you and you're not happy in the situation and that you think it would be best to just move on. And then don't answer her emails or anything after that. Let her know and then cut her off, it makes it easier for the both of you.
Dont just ignore her. Let her down gently.

You can do it one of two ways.... The first being a nice guy and telling her the truth, that you don't want to e-mail/text her anymore. That the distance or whatever your feeling is coming between you.....etc etc

OR

Just stop communication with her. It is hard to answer this question because we don't know how far away you two are, if you ever talked on the phone or just CPU, or what kind of guy you are.... Honesty is always the best. Good Luck!
This is not a real relationship. I mean if you want to stop talking to her all together just tell her that you dont think you can keep up with it anymore and you have a lot of things going on in your life that you wont have time to be involved in this anymore. Since youre basically only internet/phone lovers, whatever you are, I suppose it would be okay to just shoot her an email explaining your situation. If you have no feeling for her and wants to end the relationship then do it. Theres no use to be in a relationship when you no longer have feelings for her. Just tell her that your life has changed a bit and you want different. Things are not the same as they used to be. IF she is a reasonable girl, she would understand and let you go.
